Cancellation Policy

To ensure efficient scheduling and proper allocation of time dedicated to each client, the following cancellation terms shall apply:

• Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment: 100% of the session fee shall be charged.
• Cancellations made within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled appointment: 80% of the session fee shall be charged.
• Cancellations made within seventy-two (72) hours of the scheduled appointment: 50% of the session fee shall be charged.
• Cancellations made with more than seventy-two (72) hours' prior notice: 10% of the session fee shall be charged.

Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling requests submitted seventy-two (72) hours or less prior to the scheduled appointment: an administrative fee equal to 10% of the session fee shall be charged, in addition to the cost of the session.
• Rescheduling requests submitted more than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled appointment: an administrative fee equal to 5% of the session fee shall be charged.

Practitioner Unavailability

In the unlikely event that the practitioner is unable to attend the scheduled session due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, the client shall be offered a rescheduling of the session at no additional charge. No penalties or administrative fees shall apply in such cases.

Clients are required to notify any cancellation or request for rescheduling in a timely manner in order to facilitate efficient appointment management.

I understand that the services provided are for wellness and relaxation purposes only. I acknowledge that these services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. I agree to inform my practitioner of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns before the session. I release the practitioner and the facility from any liability related to the services provided.
